"It went very well and I really appreciated their responsiveness and efforts.  My only issue was after the possum was trapped and was sitting in the cage, no one came to get it for quite awhile.  It was an extremely hot day and the possum was trapped in the blazing sun for hours, so I just felt really bad about that.  I called a few times to urge them to hurry up and come get it but it was not until later in the day.

"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

"The crew came out on time, friendly and professional. They checked where we thought there was a bee hive on the outside of the house, but found no hive. They went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside as well. Explaining their work as they went. I really liked the fact that they relocate the bees instead of kill them. ultimately they said the bees we saw were probably scouts looking to start a new hive, but we were in the clear. The company refused to bill me for the service call. Would definitely hire them again!"

"We've had a bird and nest problem in the attic for some time. After a few unsuccessful attempts with a couple of other companies, I saw the positive reviews for Clean Slate and Rene. I called on a Saturday and he arrived promptly on Sunday (nobody else works the weekends!). He quickly accessed the various issues and thoroughly explained that it was necessary to not only remove the birds (one was dead) and nests, but to also cover all possible entry points for critters around the house as well as in the attic and to sanitize the attic. He returned on Tuesday and completed the job that day. The cost was a little more than we had anticipated, but considering all that was done it was well worth it. Rene is a consummate professional.
