Rigo, then suggested that I speak to my Gardner and see if he had time to take on the extra work that I needed. Rigo, also checked my sprinkler timer and showed me how to set it. Removed the back yard concrete slabs that had lifted and tilted as the retaining wall had leaned, and put in a new continuous concrete surface. Removed the cracked front yard driveway that had cracks and an ugly patch from having replaced the sewer line, and put in a new driveway. This included a drain to eliminate the puddle that had always formed in front of the porch when it rained, and laid tile on the concrete porch. They did a great job. Yosif does not like to write detailed contracts, but he did everything he said he would."
