Turf Bros Synthetic Grass Installers

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! This company is a total fraud and does not know what they are doing! If I could give them zero stars I would. This is, by far, the WORST company I have ever worked with. Their contract was fraudulent and they took the initial "progress" payment without actually fulfilling what was required of the progress payment, which was, delivery of the materials. They delivered some of the materials but not all and the work was so substandard I had to fire them. They said the project would take 3-5 days but yet they sent two guys from Corona (1.5 hours away) to do the job, and they were horrible. They did not remove the required 3-4" of dirt, per their own contract, before the two started putting the weed barrier and gopher mesh down. Additionally, they put PVC piping which was not even buried the required depth. After I fired them, their owner, David, was lying online that the CSLB did not corroborate my complaint despite me not filing one by that time!

This was my second project with Turf Bros, and once again an excellent experience from start to finish. Gary (who came to provide the estimates) was very personable and patient, while still providing the hard data and clear explanation of the project at hand. Once the crews arrived, the work was done promptly, neatly, and with the extra effort to really understand what I was trying to accomplish. I gladly endorse this company to anyone without reservations. You will not regret your decision.

I was tired of this eyesore turf in my backyard, so I contacted several landscape companies that specialize in artificial turf. Several companies gave me estimates while Keystone Remodeling gave me the highest estimate by several thousand dollars. When I set an appt. with Turf Bros., I was impressed by Gary Galvez's presentation and reasonable price options. They were able to schedule me within a week after I signed the contract. Both Gary and Kevin, the Project Manager, were great at communicating before and after the project. On February 10, 2022, Kevin with his crew came approximately at 8:30 am and completed everything by 5 p.m. The old cheap turf was removed with trash left underneath by the previous company. Turf Bros. transformed this ugly small putting green into a beautiful, lush lawn. They prepared the soil by removing several inches to install a road base and infill. Landscape fabric was used for weed prevention. They used a power broom to lift the blades of turf. The outer border was prepped by them so I could add decorative rock. They did an amazing job in one day! Gary and Kevin are great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and provide the best customer service. I am extremely happy with the end result and HIGHLY recommend them!
