"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "They did a beautiful job. They even had to cut around a number of decorative rocks. When we were restricted to watering twice a week outdoors my backyard lawn died within two weeks—-it gets full sun. I was nervous about artificial turf because I didn’t know anyone who had it, but the guarantee on the high quality material is very good. There is a lot of labor required to get the ground ready for the artificial turf. Hye Turf Designs has great people. Ask for Hutch——he is the co-ownerof the company."

"A company like no other!! Encore builders did a fantastic job on our front yard. I had been debating between artificial grass and sod for quite some time now. I know artificial grass is less work but I prefer to have the real deal - nothing like the smell of a fresh mowed lawn(; I honestly didnâ t even consult with any other company. My sister did a huge project with Encore Builders in the Malibu area about a year ago and the results were flawless and look as good today as it did when the project was freshly completed. Brandon and Ozzy came over to scope out the area and take some measurements and we went ahead and set a date to start the project. The crew workers came over and removed all the previous debris and grass. They leveled out the area and added some fertilizer. The following day they came with the fresh sod and laid it out in perfect rows. As you can see there are no gaps between sod pieces and everything looks fabulous! Brandon and Oz said the frequent rain will actually help the sod and allow it establish roots (usually Im not a fan of the rain but hey at least there was a bright side this time). I canâ t wait to see the results in a few months once the grass has settled in. Now in addition to the beautiful work Brandon and Oz have done - I just say their charming personalities is what truly stands out. I understand why they have such glowing reviews and why my sister was adamant I use their services. They are just two down to earth guys who know their stuff. They are professional and communicative and simply the sweetest people. Thanks again guys!!!"

"Our backyard was in need of a redo: We struggled to grow grass, and we wanted a space that would accommodate a trampoline and a small garden, as well as a dining table and sitting area, but still feel green and lush. After meeting with a few landscapers who suggested we get rid of the trampoline, rip up our existing brick patio and put pavers everywhere, we met Alisa from Motti's team. As a landscape designer, she really listened to what we wanted, and had great ideas for how to incorporate it all, as well as suggestions for garden planters and furniture. A week after our meeting, we got detailed plans that showed us just what the yard would look like, as well as what plants would look and work best. We then worked with Motti to tweak the plans, finalize the budget, and pick out materials, etc., and we were able to schedule the project within a few weeks time. Once the job started, Motti's team of workers were professional and efficient, and Motti stopped by daily to check the progress. Our backyard is now a true extension of our living space, and it's welcoming to kids and adults. A great big thanks to Motti and his team!"
