We purchased the unit but had trouble finding a contractor that could manage the detailed installation required -- additional supports in the attic, a steel frame and non combustable chase, then a custom modern looking hearth. We had a photo of what we wanted the finished install to look like.....and not much else. Mike and his team came in and managed the process, and us, like pros. Every detail was considered, they took great care to protect the house from debris and dust during construction and the final project looked exactly as we had hoped for. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish.
