"Thanks for your feedback [Member Name Removed]. There is no record of any appointment for you being scheduled or us providing any service to you or your location. In general when customers call in the busy season we are often booked out for 2-3 week which is why we encourage fireplace annual maintenance service happened during the slow season late spring to early fall. It is the Company policy to hold appointments with a credit card. However nothing is ever charged on a card until after a service is performed. We understand how this is not comfortable for some people but for the vast majority of our customers this is not an issues. Hopefully we can be of service another time. Thanks"

You did get a Service Link sent within 48 hours detailing the inspection outcomes and the need for destructive testing. We did get your only phone message at 3:41pm yesterday and emailed request for interest which I have here on my desk intended to send a response first thing this morning. Considering it is 6am the next day I thought we'd have a little more time to update you prior to a bad review. We have been waiting to see if parts for your system can be located before needing to cut down your chase. Considering our technician did an extensive evaluation of both your fireplaces and detailed in their report I see the wrap up here is determining parts accessibility and then final pricing for repairs. If you wish to report this as F service you have every right and should you choose another company we'd completely understand. Considering you actually paid for the work and we are still working on getting a resolution that does not involve needing to do construction on your house, you may wish to give us a tab more time to find the least intrusive avenue. Update 2/19/2019.. Our system noted you have reviewed your quote twice over the past week. It details all the repair issues and options. So I am confused as you gave us an F rating due to a perceived lack of urgency yet the documentation in our system indicates a week of you looking with no response to the proposal either to approve, modify or reject. Similar to you not seeing the documentation for the work at the begining. As a company we have no issues admitting fault because we are far from perfect. But when we do a job and provide the information needed and requested and get no response from a customer except a bad review it make us wonder what more we your expecting."
