I'd give Juan and True Blue Plumbing six stars or more if I could. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber because it means something has gone wrong, but I'm confident that when I call True Blue Plumbing, the job is going to be taken care of the right way. I've been using True Blue Plumbing for several years and I'm always very happy with the work they do. Juan and his team are quick, clean, friendly and honest. Juan doesn't overcharge and he'll tell you when something just needs a little adjustment rather than a full repair. He's always very transparent about what work he's doing, what parts he's using, etc. I'm totally confident whenever I call True Blue because I know that they're not going to try to take advantage of me. Full recommendation of Juan and True Blue Plumbing and Rooter.

Gas Piping
Juan, the owner of the business was neat, professional and courteous. He is licensed and vaccinated. He explaned what he could do, then wrote out a quote, reviewed it again and then went to work on it. He brings all of his own tools including towels to clean up his work, his own pail for the garbage, he had a large floor mat he used to place the oven on while he worked on the gas supply line behind the oven. I highly recommend True Blue Plumbing and Rooter!

True Blue came out and was very friendly. They were clear and upfront on the free estimate. I had another big brand team come out and they were transactional, cold and simply quoted $800 for everything I asked for. Install toilet ($800), change faucet ($800). Giovanni took his time reviewing and making a plan, made sure I was up to speed on alm the changes he made, informed me of possible risks based on my setup, and even came back after a full day shift to help me put. Price was very reasonable for great work. Have more projects for them now that I have a trusted resource.

I highly recommend True Blue Plumbing. I have hired them 3 times. First time to fix a water main leak and main shut off, second to give me an assessment of the sewer line, third to fix toilet and main shut off valves at another property. Everyone is so professional and their price is very fair. Their finished work is very clean and you can see that they take great pride in doing best work. I enjoyed working with them and they will continue to have my repeated business and recommendations.

Do your homework people. True Blue charged me only $1200 for the same exact job that Dutton wanted $25000. That's right. $25k. I got quotes of $12000, $10000, $7000, $2500 and $1200. How is it possible for the price to vary so drastically. Anyway, I went with the lowest at $1200 and everything got fixed just like they said.

If you own a home you need a good electrician, good HVAC person and a good plumber. I found my plumber. Juan and his crew are now my listed plumbers. They replaced my water heater. Price was in line with others. The job was done professionally from the bid to the clean up. I have a home warranty company that I couldn't count on. I paid more to go outside my network. I know it might seem like giving 5 stars for everything is just a lazy review. But these guys truly are exceptional. Had a few quotes given, theirs was honest and very fair. They did the work quickly, even adding some additional safety measures without charging. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. They installed cleaning tubes in our front yard so we could more easily access our main pipes which regularly clog.

Tankless Water Heater Repair
We had an emergency. Juan called us just a few minutes after we received his information online and Giovani showed up in 20 minutes. They assessed the damage and gave us options to either repair or replace the unit. After discussions on either side we chose to hire them to replace it like for like. All in all the twh was installed that day so we could have water and completed the next day. Awesome work.
