CA Restoration and Construction came highly recommended to us by our neighbors, after a lot of research into other companies so we could transform our 400sf garage into an additional dwelling unit. They came with the best price, the most creative solutions and the warmest personalities. Shai and Sharon have proven themselves to be committed to the highest quality or work, done on time and on budget. Sharon takes care of the financial side and is extremely fair, honest and caring. Shai is onsite overseeing all the work being done (mostly by Danny and Juan and sometimes Santiago the sweetest, most respectful team of workers imaginable) and Shai was always willing to come up with creative solutions to make our small ADU as beautiful and functional as possible. Shai and Sharon treated us like family in the way that they patiently responded to every concern, found ways to rebalance the budget after the city required extra expenses, did beautiful work and were genuinely committed to making us happy. Total success. Renovations are stressful but it is still all smiles every time we see them, right to the end. We are thrilled with our new garage apartment, it looks like a beautiful, functional, well designed cottage, done to perfection.

CA Construction and hardware were awesome! Shai was really great to work with and I appreciated their patience and steady communication. The paint and wall were fixed and you really can't tell that they were. They dealt with me fairly and didn't nickle and dime me.
