He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "Besides Solar work that they completed at my house, CEB also installed 2 ceiling fans inside house, and removed all interior carpet and put 2'x2' Travertine ties w the thinset & grout, and painted the entire interior of house. They took care of the project clean-up as if it were their house. I researched what CEB can do, and with their Class "B" Contractor license they can build a house from the ground up, and do Home Improvement projects, and pull any required permits from the City. These guys are legit. You will be a satisfied customer working with California Energy Builders."
