We had a few issues, not with the plumbing, but with the associated trenching and concrete work. But Ryan said that until all was well the job wasn't finished. Everything is done and I would hire Ryan again. He sees the job through."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. We want to lower our water bill as much as possible and revamp our yard and get it ready for summer. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed.
