"We bought our house in 2001 from Mark Lambert. We then contacted him again back in he middle of feb2018 and after a meeting with our objectives the house was put on the market within 1 week, we had 2 open houses and within the 1st week on the market we had multiple offers and were able to choose one within the first 2 weeks . The close was very rapid within 30 days. Mark also arranged for us to rent back to the new buyers for 90 days which went smoothly allowing us to schedule our move to another state after our kids school year ended.
