"Mr. Chuck Fisher did an appraisal on my deceased mother's house. He was on time for the appointment, was friendly, and professional. I had the report in about four days which was fine with me. His price was reasonable and fair compared to a few others I spoke to. His report gave me an appraised value as of the date of death as well as a current value which was a few months after the death. Another appraiser wanted to charge a lot extra for the two values. I think Mr. Fisher did a thorough and fair appraisal."

"Theresa is fabulous from start to finish. She responded to my inquiry right away, discussed our needs and preferences, and immediately began sending MLS listings through her online system so we could do a significant amount of narrowing before traveling to San Diego. We therefore spent the weeks before our trip there narrowing our options and getting to know the market, and she was very attentive to our comments, adjusting to our needs as we moved through the process. Theresa has a great eye for property, and a keen sense of how to adapt to her clients' preferences. She is dedicated and tirelessly worked with our schedule.
