Elmer was very professional on my land appraisal. He made two trips to the planning department in order to determine the highest and best use of my land based on San Jose's zoning and building requirements. Elmer was very easy to contact by phone. He always answered his phone or readily called me back. I would gladly use him to do any future appraisals.

Elmer did three separate property appraisals for estate settlement for me. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction .He was punctual in all our appointments. He gave me all the printed copies of the reports after he was done promptly. I would highly recommend him if you need property appraisals.

We needed a property appraisal that had a special requirement. We wanted an appraisal assuming a portion of our lot will be split out as a separate lot. This required land analysis in addition to the normal property appraisal. Elmer did an excellent job and gave a detailed report for this project. We were completely satisfied with the thoroughness and quality of the work in an efficient and cost effective manner.
