The quote Dan Burke gave me (in writing) and what it ended up costing me was double! Plus he told me he would also paint the lights on the outside of my home and then said he would not! Yes, his price was good, but he set the price, I did not! He also was the one to offer to paint my outside lights. ALSO, he left a whole gallon of primer and paint for me. Really!! It appears he did not know how to estimate the amount of paint. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend him, nor trust what he says. So sorry I have to say that. When I said I could not write an outstanding review, he just shrugged his shoulders. Sad.

"They sell the primer that the wood needed by the gallon. It was established from the beginning that small jobs are hard to bed and that was the reason why. It was time and material. We worked as fast as we could. As for the lights, she was paying for time and material, we could have sprayed the lights but it would have only taken more time."

Dan announced his rate as $55 per hour, asked to pay $60 in advance for the "products". It was a very small area to paint, but he postponed it. Re-scheduled. Worked about 3 hours, but asked us to pay for 5 hours ("his time and driving").

"There was 60 dollars worth of material spent on this job. It was not just the mold killing primer. It also went to paper, tape, mold killing additive, and bleach. As for hours, the time it takes to drive and pressure wash equals over an hour and the time it takes to go to the store to buy the mold killing supplies is an hour. As for scheduling, I worked very hard to get the projects done in a timely manner so it would be finished before Mother's Day by request of the homeowner."
