"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. "Was very pleased with Val-ARM's service.  Co owner Francesca was prompt & very professional when we met and she inspected property.  As she promised, I had an estimate from her in one week's time.  She then brought two workers out with her several days before work was scheduled just to verify scope of job.  They saw a few complications & estimated more hours to complete but Francesca honored her original estimate to me!  The work was done on time & looks great.  All debris including dead tree roots were removed from the premises & I have peace of mind now that the backyard concrete patios are safe as well as attractive.  Val-Arm was several thousand dollars below another co's bid, which frankly was for less work.  Obviously Val-Arm wanted the job.

They did a good job but it could have been a little faster but it was slower. It was an older gentleman and a helper. I did spend more than the deal. I spent an additional 75 dollars for more labour. They responded fast."
