I would highly recommend Peter. Foundations On The Level performed quality work. He knew the importance of our construction timeline and was able to schedule us in an expedited fashion. He took extra attention to detail, even locating an additional crack that we were not aware of. Unfortunately for us, when we purchased our house, the previous owner neglected to disclose any of the foundation issues. Foundations On The Level does excellent work. The job involved raising and stabilizing my house through the installation of 31 helical piers. A prior owner had tried to do the job with an unlicensed contractor and no building permits. That made my job even more difficult, but Foundations On The Level was able to handle it.

We're a GC who subcontracted Foundations on the Level and they did an excellent job for us. They installed 3 Push Pier Brackets to support our structure above and are scheduled to install more. Peter was very communicative and helpful in our planning for the project. His team was on time and did the job in one day. Their work is guaranteed and their cost for the project was the most reasonable out of 4 other foundation companies we received estimates from. We have no problem recommending Foundations on the Level for your foundation work.

Our home on a slope showed some signs of movement and cracking on its raised foundation, so we looked for a company to anchor it to prevent future issues. Pete's estimate was very thorough, even providing contingencies for unforeseen circumstances. Thankfully, the additional work needed was a small amount. He educated my husband on the process and use of resistance piers and also did a seismic retrofit at our request. Now we are confident that our house will remain safely in place for another 50 years at least! Pete's follow up and communication was excellent as well, and his crew was helpful, polite and cleaned up well every day too.

The owner Peter was very patient with us. He became ill but sent Eddie and crew to do the repair. They were very good. Would use them again.
