"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

They were just as responsive this time as last time.A flashing on my roof failed and caused a huge leak. My homeowners insurance would only cover visible damage. I needed someone to look further to see whether there was damage in the attic. I knew that I had about one year left in the life of my current roof. To repair the damage to part of the roof and then face a complete re-roof in a year did not make economic sense, so I opted to have them replace the entire roof. The work was done in a professional manner. They cleaned up the debris thoroughly. Thank you to Manny who was very helpful throughout the process. A special shout out to Tami who maintains the office. She keeps everyone informed of all procedures in a timely and efficient manner. I think I called her a "jewel" in a previous review, and I second that call now. Whenever any construction work is being done, it can be stressful. She makes sure that the stress does not happen."
