"I hired Basnett Construction to remodel my kitchen, and living room areas. They reviewed my draft plans and prepared a more formal set of plans that was submitted to the city for a permit. The project from start to finish took about six months to complete. I was quite pleased with Basnett Construction's professionalism, meticulousness, attention to detail especially in kitchen cabinet, island and new interior door installations, their efficiency, and their ability to be flexible with me in my decision making during the build process. "Very Well. hit a few snags as many projects do but the sign of a good contractor is how they respond and fix the issues. Tom is a great guy to work with and was always available to contact. The pricing schedule was fair and very well laid out. 1100 sqf house and 400 sqf garage. Both single gable. Eaves also replaced on garage."
