However, the broker subcontracted the move to Presto Logistics, a company I was unfamiliar with at the time. I had engaged the broker, not Presto, and was unaware that they were acting as a broker themselves, which led to my surprise when a different company arrived. This situation quickly escalated when Presto Logistics increased my costs from $14,000 to nearly $30,000. They have not provided any documentation to justify this significant price hike, and they continue to refuse my requests for such paperwork. Consequently, I am left with no option but to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation to obtain the necessary documentation. Additionally, I have numerous damaged items, and without the required paperwork, I cannot file an insurance claim!"

So let?s say you just bought a brand-new 75" LG OLED TV for $3,500. If it breaks, you?ll get a whopping $42 in reimbursement?after fighting with a broken third-party insurance portal that constantly crashes.
