They were punctual, courteous, and incredibly professional. ​What stood out most was the care they took with our items—everything was moved without a single issue. They worked quickly but never rushed, and they expertly broke down our beds and tables and reassembled them perfectly in our new home. ​Setting them apart, they didn't just unload and leave; they repeatedly asked if we needed any additional assistance or if furniture needed to be moved again. They called me and rescheduled from Saturday to Sunday which I was a little unsure of but it actually worked out awesome for us. The guys showed up exactly in a thirty minute window, awesome! They did an initial walkthrough then got to it. It took them slightly longer than I expected but it's not for them being slow, I just have to much crap lol. I also didn't take into account them wrapping everything and protecting it. The team were awesome. They busted butt the whole time and didn't break at all that saw. Once packed they headed over. It took about 4.5 hours to pack and just over an hour to unload it all. We had them large most of the boxes in the garage so we can go through it and purge. For all my future moving needs in going max protection movers!!!

STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW: We needed a mover to move a family member out of a large, 3-bedroom Los Angeles apartment and transport everything to San Francisco. I reached-out to 13- different moving companies and created a spreadsheet to compare what each company had to offer. After a thoughtful process, I arrived at 3- finalists that I conducted a telephone interview with. At the end of the process, it was clear to me that Max Protection Moving was our best option. Tvat decision was by no means solely based on price; that decision was based on a broad variety of reasons including the candor and straight-forward language of the representatives I spoke with. Joseph, from Max Protection assured me he would be on site for the loading and supervise the team. He also assured me that “ the deal we agreed to WAS THE DEAL”! No surprises or add-ons. On the day of the move, Joseph and the team arrived at the sgeed up on time and the team immediately started working. They redefine in how they approach the process and impressed me with how carefully and meticulously they cared for each item. I was frankly astounded at the absence of surprises! Everything went exactly as I had hoped! The team drove the truck to SF and we met at the new residence as scheduled. The move-in went as smoothly and seamlessly as the move-out! Honestly, I was astounded at the efficiency of the team and the care they gave all the possessions, even when carrying large pieces up a challenging staircase.
