Constructed a much sturdier porch and stairs than was original to the house. Used pressure-treated support wood structure and trex-type material for steps & porch. Installed attractive metal railings all around. Also, removed old propane line that passed thru garage into a downstairs room. Patched all holes including a large vent pipe hole. Taped, textured & painted all repairs. Matt offered several valuable suggestions which we incorporated in the project.
