Igino Pellizzari is the Sole Proprietor of IVP Design Studio. He has been involved in building design for over 35-years in the San Francisco Bay Area . From 2004 to 2012 he was a Principal and Director of Design of the licensed architectural firm Studio Abitare in Emeryville, CA. Currently Igino is providing his services as a Residential Building Designer under California Business and Professions Code 5537 that does not require a license. If the scope of a project exceeds Section 5537 limitations, then Igino works with a registered structural engineer who will provide the specifications and calculations for that scope plus sign and stamp the documents. This is an invitation to work together, to begin a conversation to understand your goals, explore options and opportunities, and get to know each other so that we may collaborate to arrive at the best solution to achieve your objectives.
