"I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!show more

"Alex and his team are stellar! My girlfriend and I were referred to him by a good friend and we’re so glad we found him. Alex has a ton of experience working on all types of properties, is the utmost professional and an all around honest person/contractor which is rare to find these days. Furthermore, he’s really helpful if you ask for tips (deals on where to buy materials etc) and even design insights/suggestions. "We worked with Brother & Brother for a full downstairs remodel including rebuilding a bathroom. Daniel, our project manager, is so responsive, always available by email/ phone/ text to discuss things that would come up. We kicked off our project right when COVID-19 shut downs started and so it took a long time for the city to approve our plans, but Daniel was resilient and checked in frequently throughout the process. Once we did get started on the work, we were so happy working with Daniel and Byron, our foreman. Byron and his team were diligent, detailed and true problem solvers. Proposing solutions or nuances that we hadn’t previously anticipated. Further, the crew was timely, respectful, very diligent about COVID regulations, and making sure the entire work area was clean every single day. We anticipated not having access to a whole floor in our home would be a hassle but ultimately it was a minor inconvenience thanks to all of the team’s efforts. "I had called this company before to install some siding on my home. They did a great job installing the newer, more modern looking material. They fixed any issues they came across for rot or other repairs needed. So when I had an issue with my bathroom, I called this company and had them come out to take a look. They were very honest with me and told me that replacing the toilet would not be enough to fix the issue. They said there was a leak elsewhere in the bathroom and they explained what they wanted to do in order to find where it was originating from. I had a soft spot in my bathroom tile floor and I had thought it was just from a leaking toilet. When they took out the toilet and sink in the bathroom and opened the wall, there was a pipe that was rusted and leaking. They replaced that and installed new tile flooring, sink, and toilet and everything is resolved with no issues since. They came in lower than my other bids, they followed up with me and verified that I was happy with the end result. They fixed whatever issues I saw. They responded almost immediately if I had any questions. It was same day response. They arrived on time, stayed on task and everything was on point. This company is reliable and followed through with exactly what they told us. They are a great team and very responsive to my needs and wants. Always willing to listen to what I need and want and willing to work within my budget, I would highly recommend.show more
