175 The contractor didn't know how to put down the underlayment for the flooring. Both were put down incorrectly , damaging about 30% of the floor before having to rip it back up and have somebody else to install it. Jesus, the contrator, was irate during the conflict in putting the floor...
The contractor took a short cut, and I had to hire someone else to fix issues and redo work for him, which delayed the project for one month. He did not know how to install flooring and took a lot longer than agreed upon.
We had some concerns about clicks and pops in the flooring right after it was installed. All of that hasnow stopped after four months and we love the flooring.
