Bathroom Remodel
Excellent job!
We contacted Geico Builders to renovate our kitchen and two bathroom - basically a complete home remodel. The initial meeting was with Diane our project manager who upon meeting, felt like she was a great fit. She's very responsible, straight forward, responsive, and always looked out in our best interest throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about her and Geico.
The attention to detail is precise. They gave us the timeline for completing and kept me updated throughout the process.
We're very happy with the work they have done and would not hesitate to go through Geico if we ever decide to have another remodel. We just love our new remodel bathrooms and kitchen.

Bathroom Remodel
We used Geico Builders for our bathroom remodel. We collected a few quotes, and we felt like the quote for the value was the best. I appreciated the clear scope and payment schedule. We started with a tiny bathroom and had plans to remove a couple of walls to make it larger. Leading up to demo day, our project manager Mila and the team pulled permits and helped us understand which finisher/materials we needed to order. I had a clear idea of our design vision, so I didn't need a lot of assistance there, but I found the 3D rendering helpful to see.
Our project took a little over 5 weeks. The foreman David and crew did a great job. I was many specific requests, and I felt like David always did his best to incorporate my requests. We had a few hiccups, as with any project. We ran out of tile, which caused a small delay. The crew also misplaced some of our shower fixtures and we had to reorder them. The team was able to cover the cost of these, which I appreciated.

Bathroom Remodel
I recently had the pleasure of working with Geico Builders on a major home renovation project, adding ADU that me and my partner I have been putting off/saving up for years, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been at my home for quite some time, and it was built in Fremont in 1960's so it was long overdue for a serious remodel. Honestly, remodeling is scary and finding the right folks to do such a huge task can be daunting. We needed a lot, including a 450 sq. ft. addition, a complete kitchen renovation, and remodels of our master bathroom and guest bathroom for when my partner's parents come to visit from out of town. In walks Geico Builders, who not only were kind to our inquiry but also local, which is a huge deal for ease of access. From start to finish, the project managers, Mila and Jean, were exceptional. They were always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that helped shape our vision into a reality.

Bathroom Remodel
We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their great craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. It's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They havea great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I have other projects.

Geico Builders did my bathroom remodel in Oakland, and Mila was my contractor. She did an excellent job guiding us through the process, answering all my questions clearly, and ensuring everything went smoothly. Mila coordinated everything so well—aside from choosing the style and colors for the fixtures, I didn’t have to worry about anything, which was impressive!
The entire team was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project, offering options and promptly resolving any issues that came up. They communicated effectively, keeping us informed about the schedule and timeline.
Our bathroom looks beautiful now, with much better use of space and a lot more storage, which was exactly what we wanted.
I highly recommend Geico Builders for their quality, standards, and excellent customer service.

We hired Geico Builders to replace a retaining wall, some fencing, and to spruce up our front yard, and we are really happy with the results. Brian and Gene (Project Managers) were both onsite regularly, and all the guys that worked on the various projects were friendly, great, and did quality work. They cleaned up every evening, leaving our yard tidy. As with any big project, there were some challenges to overcome, and Brian consistently reassured us that the number one goal is to make sure that we are happy with the results, and they addressed whatever was needed towards that end. Most importantly, the results are awesome! I would definitely recommend Geico for any project.

We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. Thank you Geico Builders for your professionalism and hard work we are truly Happy with everything you had done to our house and looking forward to work with you for our new project which is going to be Kitchen Remodeling by next year.

I selected Geico Builders to paint the interior of my house and replace rotten wood in September 2023. Crew & project manager was friendly and professional, and they provided a good overview of the job and how the company may differ from other companies in regard to the preparation, staff assignment, and paint quality. Their estimate was slightly higher than my middle estimate but these areas mentioned earlier helped me in my decision. Plus to all they provided me with an estimate in a timely manner whereas several other companies either never provided their estimate or it came much later than discussed. I enjoyed working with the team. Renee, Tammy, and the Crew, who made this project move forward smoothly. I highly recommend Geico Builders for their hard work they want client to be happy with the final work and will keep working to address any concerns. The crew cleaned up so well each day my wife didn't even know that the painters had been there earlier. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Geico Builders through referral program. Project Manager Mila was super responsive and came out to give me ideas and quote. Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. I got several quotes for this job and Geico Builders beat them all. The quality of the work was great so I feel like I got a great deal. Geico Builders thank you so much for all your hard work. We love our new yard!

These guys are pros! I couldnâ t believe they donâ t have more reviews. I found these folks through Angiâ s List. I had an existing fence which was build by not licensed contractor and fell off in a year time. When Iâ ve met supervisor Julio and our project manager Mila I had a doubt that someone can get this job done on 100% which they did on 120%! Communication with in project was great. Quality of the job is outstanding I know for now this retaining wall & fence will stay here forever since I saw how many rebarâ s & concrete and digging was involved. I will definitely recommend Geico Builders team & management to everyone.

First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work. Overall Mila and her crew did fantastic work and communication with in project was very clear. We highly recommend. They are very clear, patient, hardworking, friendly and accommodating. What else anyone would need? Thanks so much Mila and Geico Builders. I have already started letting everyone know about your work in my neighborhood.

Quick response through my request. Mila came over the same day I inquired and got response with in 5 min to provide me a consultation. My front yard was overgrown with foxtail weeds and it impacted my dog's ear. I was able to schedule a full removal of all weeds, Mila designed for me all project within a few hours, Crew planted trees and laid it down and install everything in 3 days . She was patient with my questions and concerns. Mila and her crew extremly profesional! They were very clean, on time, polite, and accommodating.

I just finished a total exterior remodel of my house with Geico Builders. I chose them out of the top five companies in the Bay Area after speaking with existing clients they have. My gut told me that I would get the best quality work with this company and I wasn't wrong. Mila was my project Manager and I liked her from the very first meeting. She is very energetic, strait to the point and has a lot of knowledge about design, materials, what's in fashion and what goes with what. I learned a lot from her but a also felt free to use my creativity in the design. It was a perfect cooperation between us with a lot of trust in one another. This company and their workers are committed to quality and are top notch professional people. Andre and Jean were very skilled and nice team to work with. I realized after the first few days that I got nothing to worry about. They know how to do everything and they do it perfectly. They are also extremely clean. They left the area very clean at the end of every day. They always showed up on time, communicated very well with us and listened to all our wishes. I feel like.
