They removed old sheets of insulation, the loose insulation from my attic, vacuumed the entire attic, sanitized it, added baffles so the new loose insulation would not clog up the eaves of the house, they seal interior walls, drilled holes into the exterior walls of our house, blew in new insulation, seal the holes and made sure everything was clean when they left.
