"We're extremely happy with the concrete work by David Morris, it's just as we had envisioned.  It was definitely not an easy job for several reasons.  There is limited access to the back yard, so no large equipment could be used, requiring all excavation to be done by hand.  Making it even more labor intensive were huge tree roots from a 30-year-old tree we had removed recently.  Also, we've had drainage problems for some time due to clogged drains, most likely from tree roots.  David addressed the problem by grading the area and installing a new system of drains.
David is very honest, personable, and a true professional.  We had scheduled the job well in advance and were delighted when he was able to start a few days ahead of schedule.  David kept us informed of their schedule and the crew arrived on time each day.  The job was more difficult and took longer than expected due to problems that could not be anticipated until excavation had begun.  However, David did not complain and honored his original proposal.  His crew was polite, respectful, and worked diligently for nearly 4 days in extremely hot weather.  Thank you David and your crew for our beautiful new patio and walk, an A+ job!!

Mark helped us with a designer to clarify our vision. He was patient as we carefully made decisions on our materials. We wanted to include bird feeder stations, and Mark hooked us up with a metal fabricator to build exactly what we imagined. He installed a high pressure misting system for relief from the summer heat. His work was artistic, his charges were reasonable, and his billings were clearly itemized."

"My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. They also added beautiful salt and pepper rock along the fencing and created a clean mow edge outlining the entire yard. Their work was outstanding from start to finish — great customer service, clear communication, and they did exactly what they said they would. "Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
