They contacted Tesla right away and Tesla sent a new battery (which worked) in a couple of weeks. Legendary came back to install the new battery right away. They spent sufficient time to explain the app and how to adjust settings within the app. I purchased the battery primarily to connect to my existing solar for emergency use in case of power outages. Would highly recommend them and will call them in the future for repair and maintenance issues also."
