"My remodeling project was a success thanks to a helpful contractor.
I had been wanting to remodel my kitchen for several years and took bids for the work from several firms.  Most contractors looked at the size of the kitchen and gave me a high bid without listing any specific details of what would be done.  When I contacted, David Molina of David's Artistic Tile, he explainded exactly where he could provide service, and he provided a detailed and fair bid.  He did not try and take on work that he was not comfortable with and he explained where he could help in our remodeling project. He took the time to understand what work I wanted done and showed a real interest in providing quality service.      
Mr. Molina was directly involved in our kitchen remodel project.  While he had workers to help out, he directed all of the work and was available to respond to questions at any time. He is very professional, works hard to meet the project schedule, and completes the work on budget.  He also was very helpful in coming up with ideas for the kitchen back splash and choice of flooring for my project.
