"We contacted Adams Pool Specialties and our representative was Matt Andrew. Matt was very professional and easy to talk with. Matt suggested a number of ideas and we decided to go ahead with the contract. Customer service was solid and the construction teams were very professional, prompt, and arrived on time throughout the construction. Yes there were days when the weather was bad but rescheduling was made immediately. As the pool was being resurfaced we met with Mike Butler, the design consultant and we decided to replace our current landscaping in the front and backyard. We also had a professional putting green installed. The whole project took over three months to complete. Communication between the project manager, the crew managers was excellent. The pool and spa look amazing with the pebble finish and the landscape is fresh and beautiful with color and texture. Thank you Matt, Michael and Camilo. Adams, you did a great job."

Excavating the area and building the pool requires heavy equipment and specialized training, and pools have complex plumbing and electrical systems. If you live in an area where pool enclosures are expected, like in Florida, having one won't necessarily increase your home value. However, it's worth noting that in warm climates, a pool can add $11,600 to $95,000 to a home's value. 

On the other hand, if you're in an area where pool enclosures are not common, having one might set your home apart from the crowd. Depending on the appraiser, you may see an additional $25,000 to $27,000 or more for an enclosed, inground pool when it comes time to sell.

A pool enclosure could be a great decision if you’re considering dedicating funds toward pool remodeling costs. Pool enclosures offer benefits like enhanced security and keeping out dirt, debris, dust, and insects—which helps reduce the maintenance and cleaning needed—and uninvited animals and trespassers. Your enclosure can also provide extra shade and UV protection to make your pool time more enjoyable. In some cases, your pool enclosure may increase your home’s value.

A retaining wall can only function as a fence if it’s high enough on all sides to prevent someone from accidentally falling into the pool.
