The representative carrying out the work (William) took photographs of under the house for me which was exceptionally helpful and showed that there was a need for plumbing work to be done. In addition, a couple of gaps in the under house flooring was fixed & sealed. A very satisfactory experience with the firm which I would certainly recommend.
