"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. "I have hired this company to do many jobs since I bought my house 7 months ago, including: - remodel of my bathroom, shower, bathtub, floors, etc. - leak detection and fixing of my pipes. - remodel dry rot and wood decay on the exterior of my house - installation of a new kitchen floor and dining room floor. - installation of new appliances. - re-doing the stucco on the exterior of my house. "Both my bathrooms were long overdue for upgrades. But for me the most stressful part of any home repair or improvement project is finding the right contractor. Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to.
