"Paramount Pavers does excellent work!! I met Isaac, the owner, back in March of 2020 for our 1st project. His team put in some pavers in our backyard. It involved various elevations and a stairs for our back porch. We were so impressed that we brought them back a 2nd time in April 2021 to put in pavers in our front driveway, including a drainage system. And then we asked them to return a 3rd time to build a staircase for our front porch and more pavers on the side of the house. We worked with Leo, as the foreman, and his team for all 3 projects. They are smart, creative and very hard working - it is very clear that they take pride in their work. The pavers were put in very evenly, with straight lines and good drainage. I highly recommend without reservation - they are the best!"

"Our backyard was in need of a redo: We struggled to grow grass, and we wanted a space that would accommodate a trampoline and a small garden, as well as a dining table and sitting area, but still feel green and lush. After meeting with a few landscapers who suggested we get rid of the trampoline, rip up our existing brick patio and put pavers everywhere, we met Alisa from Motti's team. As a landscape designer, she really listened to what we wanted, and had great ideas for how to incorporate it all, as well as suggestions for garden planters and furniture. A week after our meeting, we got detailed plans that showed us just what the yard would look like, as well as what plants would look and work best. We then worked with Motti to tweak the plans, finalize the budget, and pick out materials, etc., and we were able to schedule the project within a few weeks time. Once the job started, Motti's team of workers were professional and efficient, and Motti stopped by daily to check the progress. Our backyard is now a true extension of our living space, and it's welcoming to kids and adults. A great big thanks to Motti and his team!"

"Very well done project. David was articulate in explaining what he thought he needed to do. He (they?) removed the tile/grouting from the surface and all the thin-set underneath. I had a lot of rotten plywood that needed to be replaced. He removed all plywood, let the wood joists dry out (1 day) and installed new 5/8" plywood. He applied several coatings to that surface. There was a metal lath, a layer of deckcrete, then acrylic patching over any imperfections. Then a fiberglass mat saturated with laminating resins. Then a knock-down texture coating and lastly a resin sealer finish coat. We chose the color, and it was done in 3 or 4 days. The only problem I encountered was that he didn't have a stucco guy available to patch the several inches of stucco that had to be removed to replace the flashing. In all honestly, he told me that the flashing was probably good and didn't need to be replaced. So that is another job I am now finding a vendor to do. It would've been nice to have the entire job completed by David. He was even willing to work over the Memorial Day weekend to catch up on a day he lost due to rain. That was very diligent of him. (He didn't need to, after all.) If he had had a stucco guy, I'd have rated him 100%. Good work, fast work, nice guy, left the place clean. I would consider him again. Thank you, David."

"I am very pleased with the back-yard patio Conrad and his crew installed. Cost was very competitive. Timeline for project was very close to original estimate. Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. He also promptly addressed all of me concerns, even though they were mostly minor. His crew also worked with me to get the final outline of the patio, with many curves. Del Mar Landscaping is definitely on the top of my list for any future landscaping work."

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and every single person who works for them. It all began with the designer, Liz. She came out talked to me about my ideas, drew some plans and then provided me with a detailed, to scale drawing. We fine tuned things together and then she did the renderings. OMG, my dreams for my yard in pictures! A month later we were getting started! From the beginning with removal of existing landscaping to now I am beyond pleased. The crew is awesome, Dee the owner is here on a daily basis to check on progress and answer my questions. If it's not raining they are here at 7:00 am and work tirelessly all day. They are friendly and professional. I will post pics when the job is completed but for now you can see some of the renderings. Do not hesitate to hire this company. You will not be disappointed. As a note best way to communicate is with email as they are out working 99% of the time. Response to email is very fast! I just posted two pics of job in progress.
