"We had a Whole House fan installed about 4 years ago, it stopped working a few weeks ago so I called them expecting that it would be weeks before they could get out to look at it and expecting that the cost would be high. Well I was wrong, these guys are fantastic, they came out the next day which was Saturday, the tech was right on time and super friendly and helpful after determining that the fan was defective he replaced it with a brand new updated model. Best of all there was no charge for the fan it was covered under warranty not only that they said the labor was included for free. The new fan is working great and I could not be happier with the service. Thanks again"

We already had another electrician come by who diagnosed the problem as a lost neutral and "recommended" that we hunt down it down ourselves as it would take time and the charges could stack up. In less than 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem (lost neutral) AND found a workaround. We had power back, John installed a GFCI in the garage, chatted with my wife and kid and charged me less than the first electrician. He not only did a great job, his fees were reasonable and cheaper than the first guy who didn't fix anything. He even accommodated our request to wear booties inside the house. Just a great guy to work with. John was right, I called the wrong guy the first time. Would definitely call John again next time we need an electrician. Plus my kid loves his Irish accent."
