"It was better than we expected as our bathtub surround was old and when they finished it, it looked amazing and so bright in our bathroom. They also resurfaced our vanity top and sink and it also looks brand new. The 2 men who did our project were professional and just so nice. They also resurfaced my sisters bathtub and she is so happy with her work. It is so hard to get good service and to have a company so involved with making a customer happy and that is just what we got and would recommend Residential Bath to everyone.. "Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. "Found that the dispenser was damaged inside.  Could not fix.  Had to come back the next morning to fix leaking under the sink due to the work on the dispenser.  Re routed the water line so that we would still have water to the refrigerator but the join leaked so I had to turn it off at the valve.  The rerouting meant that I could not push back the sliding shelf that holds the supplies.  Had to remove it to be able to close the cabinet door.

"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."
