Everything went well. The faucet required a part to be ordered so they scheduled a repeat visit to fix that. They didn't take money for the job until it was completely finished.

Most of the minor fixes were high quality. I'm still having issues with the bathtub train, however. My primary need however, was replacing a cracked sewer pipe. At their first visit, they took a video of the pipe and said they would get back to me. However, getting them to come out again / get back to me proved impossible. I followed up with them several times, spoke with Dave twice. Twice he said he would get back to me, and nothing. They seem to know what they're doing, but their responsiveness is abysmal.

The technician was professional and thorough in finding the leak and then repairing it.

It was great! I spoke with Dave 8am on a Friday, just after I learned that the water heater in our rental had been leaking the night before and was shut down. He mentioned his scheduled work was already pretty tight for the day. He went ahead and committed to have one of his crew out to our house 1-2pm that same day. Sam arrived a little after 1pm and got right to work. Everything was completed and cleaned up by about 3:30pm with little inconvenience for our renters. Considering that this was an unscheduled yet urgent issue before a weekend, I commend and thank Dave for making the replacement happen. Once again our confidence and trust in Heise's Plumbing has been rewarded.

Great. The plumber was actually early (which was terrific). He seemed to be very knowledgeable and able to do the job quickly and efficiently.

Heise plumbing was quick to respond to our request and they were able to schedule the service at a convenient time for us. The job was done quickly and they used the parts we had already purchased at the hardware store. Overall an easy and high quality experience.

Well. Easy to make appointment within a reasonable time frame. My Mother's house is original from 1956. My late father replaced the kitchen faucet twice during the 50+ years he lived in the house. The faucet began leaking, and after some research, I purchased a faucet that would work with the now obsolete plumbing. Gil replaced the kitchen faucet and replaced a rubber piece in the bathroom hot water tap quickly and expertly. Very reasonable price. The house is now 60 years old, and my Mom (the original owner) still lives there.
