We did a whole house remodel and built a big addition, that included new kitchen, bathrooms, framing, electrical, plumbing, roof, floor, etc. Considering the size of the remodel, we were very anxious of the potential complications or delays that could result and interviewed multiple contractors but Victor was, by far, the most professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us and met with us numerous times to go over the details before we even signed a contract with him. The few complications that did arise were all addressed by Victor with very little stress on us. His crew were fast and efficient and Victor made sure they were always on schedule. I’m now writing this review in a brand new kitchen in a house that was completed on time, on budget (plus a couple minor changes), and done exactly as we had planned. In fact, if I had to do this whole project over, the only thing I would change would be to skip interviewing all the other contractors after meeting Victor and just go with Argos Construction from the start.

Argos Construction built a side wing to our home. They were extremely professional and the quality of the work is extraordinary. Just walk in my house or any of their projects and you will immediately see and feel the quality of the work. They kept us informed and helped us on every step of the way. Viktor guided us during the selection process and helped us decide where we could save money and where it made sense to upgrade. He has been building houses for years. He is a true craftsman and his insight and advice are invaluable. Viktor clearly defined the cost structure, payment schedule and dealt with all other miscellaneous items that popped up - his input and guidance was top notch. Argos Construction did an amazing job on our addition. We added a two story addition with a full garage. The craftsmanship was incredible. Victor and his team kept us completely involved, bring up potential problems before they became issues and offering many alternatives that not only were more cost effective, but also looked and worked better. My neighbors continually remarked to me during the construction about how courteous and neat his entire team was during a quite extensive renovation. Even better, when he turned the house back over to us, our "punch list" was nearly non-existent because he and his team kept us involved during the entire project to make sure that things were as we had envisioned. The project included additional bathroom and guest bedroom to the original house, removal of a structural wall and a kitchen relocation. We had a great experience working with the Viktor and his team. We were very impressed with their attention to detail during the planning phase and they always took care to keep our vision and preferences in mind throughout. Our project manager and lead carpenters were also great to work with - very professional and skilled. As with any project, there were some unexpected delays but Viktor always kept us informed throughout the process. We would highly recommend Argos Construction for home renovations or rebuilding.

We decided to remodel our house completely and Argos Construction was the company we choose to do the work for us. Viktor said that the work will take approximately three to four months and the way it came out. He has the best crew which are detailed oriented. The workers were courteous and respectful. Each day the men worked quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Argos Construction did a wonderful job with our remodeling. His fees are reasonable and he does not change them on you like others do. If I could use three words to describe this company they would be honest, respectful, and quality. Now we have really a new home, thanks to Argos Construction. Last summer Argos Construction made an addition to our home and some renovations inside. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. His quote was by far by the most detailed with itemized pricing and drawings of what we wanted. From the start of the project, Viktor kept us informed of what was happening and timeline for completion. He was onsite each day with his workers and wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress. They even cleaned up each night and didn't leave things a mess during the process or once they were finished. They were also no hidden surprise fees at the end.
