"We searched around and had multiple quotes from contractors on our project. We were needing to demo an exterior bay window and door to install a 12'x8' panoramic door wall to create an indoor outdoor living space. Some contractors would do the install but not the design, others would do the design and install but no permits. Avi did all of it from start to finish and came in towards the lower high end of our quotes. But without a doubt we got what we paid for. Construction steps were communicated in a timely manner, and his crew was on time every day. They were respectful of our neighbors, and took great care to keep the fallout of demolition from making a mess in the rest of our home. Once the door wall was installed they did the finishing drywall, paint, and carpentry. The door looks likes it always been there and that was great. Then they finished the exterior edges around the new opening and blended to the original stucco from 1952. We couldn't be happier with the result. Avi does not cut corners and is worth the money. Would highly recommend!!"
