"This is actually my second review on Royal Oak because they did something for me after the job was finished that most companies simply do not do. Last week my handyman accidentally scratched a small section of my new floors that Royal Oak has installed about two months ago.  I immediately called the owner (Beau) to ask him to come out and replace the panels that had been damaged, and of course I was quite willing to pay for the repair. But Beau wouldn't take any money, he told me he would take care of it for free! Folks, you rarely, if ever, find this kind of customer service from a company, especially when something is not their fault. So not only did Royal Oak do an incredible, impeccable job of installing my hardwood floors in the first place, but they went the extra mile and took care of something that they had every right to charge me for. "I had gotten a bid from this company several years ago. When I called to get the work done- they remembered me- and used the same bid to do the work. I was under a very tight deadline - and they accommodated my time line- even over the 4th of July week-end. The guys who did the work spent a lot of time on each phase including draping plastic in doorways to block the dust. When it was all done- the tape did take off some paint around my kitchen area- but they did bring that to my attention- other than that- everything went really well. My wood floors look amazing. I wish I had done this years ago."
