"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

From the beginning of the process the steps to be taken to complete the job were clearly explained and the end result was perfect. The chimney that had brick and mortar cracks now looks perfect, a work of art by artist Jeff Arellano. All debris was cleaned up and the area swept left cleaner than before the job. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."
