Clear Conceptz Pool Services

The quality of their work was just unreal. Our Spanish fountain had years of calcium deposits on hand-painted tile. They had researched the artist’s work and glazing materials so they knew precisely how to approach the job. The result was outrageous and exceeded all expectations and with no damage to the underlying art. Best restoration work I’ve seen in 20+ years.

Outstanding job. The before and after pictures really show what a great job Clear Conceptz does. They showed up as scheduled and were super professional. Used them 3 times now and their tile cleaning is amazing.

The service was excellent! This is not the first time we have used clear conceptz for our pool cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon was very helpful in providing the right services we needed. We moved into a house that needed new mastic around the pool and had a huge calcium buildup around the tile. They performed the work quickly and professionally. The pool tile looks like new and such an improvement. I was glad I used them.

I have a large 20 X 40 foot pool with a jacuzzi water feature that is tile. They did a beautiful job cleaning the tile. I only wish it would stay like that forever but alas with the high mineral content of Los Angeles water, this is the second time I've had to clean the tile since the pool was built in 2003. Both jobs done by clear conceptz. Brandon and his partner Anthony are professional and hard working. They have two helper guys so a total of 4 worked on my pool and completed the job in a day. They left the area clean. They were referred my the company that built my pool, Aquatecture.

Ironically, we do not currently use Malibu Pool Company to service our pool weekly, but our and quot;pool guyand quot; referred me to Brandon for tile work. Brandon also offered a consultation on the setup of our pool and ways that he would improve it. Anthony will be doing that project next! Thanks guys.

1/16/13 - Spoke w/ Brandon Martin from Clear Conceptz (805-200-8360) after finding these guys via a Google search, and took a chance, as I couldn't get enough info from Angie's List nor other sources on the web. He advised he has been in biz and cleaning pool tile for 10 years. I also researched their CA CLB license online, and all was okay. They advised they are also insured and bonded.

Brandon is also affiliated with Anthony Capaccio of Malibu Pool Service at 30765 Pacific Coast Hwy., Malibu CA 90265. (818) 606-4817. Per Brandon, Anthony provides cleaning service and Brandon performs repairs and maintenance.

Brandon and Anthony were very prompt to return my initial call, and they showed-up to the initial meeting on time, and then gave me an estimate on the spot to clean my pool tile. They called a few days later and scheduled a day to stop by to perform the work. There were, once again, on time, and finished the job within the time frame they estimated. The price I paid, was exactly what I was quoted.

They gave me a detailed explanation as to their process using the glass bead removal method to remove the scale from my pool tiles, as well as tips on maintaing my tile. They also advised their other services they offer, if needed.

They were very courteous, timely, professional and punctual, and I highly recommend.

The work was okay, however the, the calcium has returned.

I am getting my backyard ready for a reception and the tiles on my pool were dis-colored from the minerals in the pool water. They had not been cleaned in 13 years. I called Clear Conceptz and Anthony answered the phone. He was very polite and came to my house in two days to give me an estimate. He followed up on the estimate by making an appointment in six days to do the job. Anthony drained the pool just a bit so that no pool water was touching the tiles. He did this by using his own water pump. He used a generator to provide needed electricity. He got in the pool (64 degrees outside) and used a high pressure hose that shot out little silicone beads onto the tiles washing away the minerals. The beads would sink to the bottom of the pool and at the end of the job would be vacuumed up with his own equipment. The job took him about 2 hours. When he was finished and tiles looked like new. It gave the pool a beautiful look. Anthony services the Los Angeles area and Brandon Martin services the Ventura Area. They both own and operate the business.
