"These guys are super professional painters!!! Very affordably priced and they took great care of our property and project during the work. No drips, no over spray, always masked, patched each and every stucco spot on the walls outside and caulked - just like it really should be and without missing anything. They painted the outside walls all around the house including the back and front walls. We could not believe how this new transformation will impact our house. "Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. "After having incurred some water damage during the winter rains, and discovering additional long term water damage in the process of getting estimates to make repairs, I decided to go with Pearl based on recommendations from friends and having a few conversations with Ben, who oversaw my project. The price was very competitive, even when we realized additional work would be needed due to some long term damage being more expansive than anticipated. Now that the work is done, you'd never even know they were there. It looks exactly like it did before the damage occurred (even down to some wall textures which would have been challenging to match). Very happy with the work and would definitely utilize again for future (and hopefully more fun) projects."

"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."
