"I always do my homework before hiring someone for a house project, and this was no exception. I had several companies come out for a bid. I ultimately chose Affordable Tile because of Ken's pricing, his other stellar Angie's list reviews, his calm demeanor and his long time expertise in the area of installing tile (decades). He installed a mother of pearl mosaic backsplash, as well as some colorful 6x6 tiles in an inset / niche above the range and I was truly SO happy with the way things turned out! (See pic) Before they started work each day they covered up all my counters and appliances, and before they went home each day everything was vacuumed and cleaned up for the night. Some of my tile arrived late, and whereas other contractors would have gotten all upset, he was very gracious and worked around the delay. I appreciated his flexibility very much. I also really loved his attention to detail. (So did my Marine husband! lol). Ken and Sherri went through tile by tile after grouting to make sure there were no pin holes and no haze left on the tile before sealing the grout. He also always took the time to address any questions I had or any special requests I made. His patient and kind demeanor was a welcome reprieve from the personalities of some contractors. All in all it was a very pleasant experience working with Ken and Sherri...they're good people and I will be having him come back when we re-do our master bath!"

"Nir wrangles a team of very professional contractors. They did extensive roofing for us and water-damaged wall and flooring repairs with attendant painting. They also replaced a very old and worn out back fence and gate with one that perfectly matches our fencing and works flawlessly and is much more stable than the old fence. Highly recommended."

"Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. "Just finished a remodel with Gal and his team. The place looks great! Everyone was professional, honest and hardworking. In any project, it's inevitable to run into unforeseen circumstances, but Gal was always there to help and resolved any issues quickly and with a smile. His "can do" attitude and quick response kept the process moving at a fast pace but never cutting corners. This is my first time remodeling and he was very patient and explained the steps involved and was also very clear on costs and timing. During construction, a few things came up that was outside of the original scope of work, Gal was happy to help and even did a few tasks without extra charge. I would definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling and would hire them again!"

"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."
