Prompt did what they said they would do.

Sam made valuable suggestions to improve the new lawn install and new sprinkler system including a battery operated drip system. His crew completed most of the work in one day and Sam came back the next day to repair a new valve that was leaking. Sprinklers are working perfectly. Sam and his crew show up on time from start to finish.

He is great and he is very responsive.

Price was fair and the quality of the work was very good.

The SP turned off my control box and the timing is off and I don't know how to change it. I've made numerous calls and SP does not return calls. I was very disappointed.

They showed up on the day they said, work requested was completed. Will be using them for weekly maintenance and other garden projects.

After using S&S for 6 months I have decided to discontinue service. They did an ok job maintaining the yard - not excellent but presentable. Communication on the other hand is absolutely awful! Very difficult to get a hold of and not responsive. Billing/invoicing is very disorganized. They don't always send invoices, they've lost checks, claimed they didn't receive payment when checks were actually cashed, an extremely disorganized mess. For the last 3 months they also tried to bill me for "extra" services that I didn't want or authorize them to do. Save yourself a lot of headache and go with someone else.
