He was always on-time for our appointments and once work commenced, he kept us up to date on the schedule. When an unforeseen problem occurred related to tree roots obstructing a yard drain, he clearly explained the problem, his recommended solution and, upon our approval, took care of the issue. I appreciated his collaborative approach to the landscape design. He laid out a wonderful garden plan which incorporated my preferences. He clearly listened to my ideas and vision.
