"We called Degennaro Plumbing during our kitchen remodel. They came out and provided a clear and fair quote to install a new faucet / disposal / water filter and re-plumb everything under the sink. Once we had a countertop install date we scheduled John from Degennaro to come out and perform the work the next day. John arrived on time, performed the planned work and additional unplanned work as scheduled. John was polite, prompt and explained everything that needed to be done. "Clogged disposal turned out to be broken clean-out line and 2 breaks in sewer line found by snake camera. Nick was on time with crew, explained each step as we went, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the work. Nick jumped right in and began the digging even as his crew was arriving. By checking the sewer line, 2 additional breaks were discovered caused by nearby cypress roots. Fortunately, a relining process saved us from having more of the yard dug up, and carries a 50 yr warranty. This was a 2-day project and you cannot tell anything happened there; our front garden was preserved during all the work. Costs were in keeping with this type of in-depth work in the area.
