"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. "I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.
