When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. "I'd been having a problem with the toilet draining in my guest bathroom for a long time.  Soon it became apparent that the sink and tub were also having the same problem---the entire bathroom wasn't draining well.  Multiple plumbing companies had come out and multiple things had been tried, to no lasting avail.  Due to a previous hydroflush and camera I knew there were roots in the line and that was possibly the problem.  So when I saw the 'deal' for $300 for root removal and flushing, I called them out.  They spend quite a bit of time cutting the roots and flushing.  However sadly that didn't fix the problem.  The bathroom in question was at the farthest end of the plumbing line.  So I called them back out.  A different person than the first person came out.  We had to knock a hole in the wall to access the toilet clean out but once that was snaked the toilet worked well.  However then he had to use the sink clean out to help the sink to drain.  Then he tried to snaking the tub, but was unable.  As the tub did drain (even if a bit slow) we decided to leave it at that as it is my guest bath and not much used.  The extra work was $275.  However it has now been over a month and everything is working well.  We are SO pleased to be able to use our toilet again after many months of non-use!  Both of the people who came out were very polite and professional.  I would certainly use this company again.

"I had asked that he call to help me know what to buy, and he told me how to measure for the drain and the best garbage disposal on the market.  He was very personable and even asked about the kitten that had been trapped in the bathroom cabinet which caused me to have to rip the sink off the cabinet thus destroying the bathroom drain.  He was concerned about the kitten!  A very nice man.  I would use them again.
