He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with American Home Renewal's level of professional service and care."

However, the booking agent neglected to bill me the 90% due after or to send me requested written warranty and film description. 3 months after installation, I finally got a bill after making multiple requests, but neither of the documents I requested. Still waiting to end this transaction. Good product, horrendous customer service afterwards. "

The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. Hugo asked me a few questions and got me a quote that was reasonable based on what the last company had charged. Then they built this amazing fence and gate that changed my entire back yard. Hugo was onsite checking the work every day, and the crew was here 5 minutes before the start time. We?d been trying to figure out a ramp for years so I asked for ideas. This was not a money making job but it was done with just as much attention to detail as all the other work. When they left, they cleaned up stuff the last company left. These days I?m happy if people just do their job, so I?m really happy with the work and the entire experience I had. "
