I was ready to give up after his second attempt (of course I wasn't doing anything but watching) but he did it a third time and it broke free, whatever it was. He then gave me advice on what I should do next and started to clean things up, but it was all my mess from me trying to un clog it for the last couple of weeks. Real nice guy and is great at answering and returning calls. Not once did I talk to a voicemail. Thanks."

"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left.
