DML Fence & Deck Company #1121449 started in Danville, CA in the late 80’s working with a local Nursery Company, Developers (Commercial) and Single-Family Homeowners (Residential). The Company officially went independent in 1993 and continued through present day. Commercially we contracted for entire sub-divisions to install all the front yards to individual homes along with the access points and entrances to include large-scale Country Clubs (e.g. Blackhawk C.C.) as well. In 2003, we established State-wide Contracts with Insurance Carriers to Repair & Install Fences (Wood, Iron & Vinyl). In 2010, we began to expand our offering into Block Walls (Masonry & Retaining). In 2017, we became a Preferred Vendor for Construction Loans with U.S. Bank and built several homes in the South Bay (Los Gatos to Gilroy) from $1.5M to 3.0M. In 2019, we migrated to the Sacramento area focusing on Detached Garages and Granny Homes under 1,200 Sq. Ft. We offer extreme diversity to limit the number of Sub-Contractors necessary for any project while maintaining high quality and competitive pricing, so you (the Homeowner) end up with your vision of what your property should look like at a reasonable Cost. We have multiple licenses: C-13 (Fencing), C-27 (Landscaping) & B (General Building). As of today (2025), our focus is primarily Fences, Decks and detached Garages/ADU's. I was expecting to have to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised that I was not having to wait as long as other contractors were estimating. Our job lasted one more day than originally thought, however, considering that the employees had to hand dig near buried utilities in order to avoid any costly damage, I was not bothered in the least with this delay. It was to be expected and appreciated. We were always notified when they arrived in the morning, and the foreman/supervisor (Ryan) made several visits to oversee that the project was being completed according to plan. Communication was NEVER LACKING with this company!!"

A Home Depot Service Provider and General Contractor for Southern California home remodel projects.

"So great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel."
